Orders will ship in 2-4 days of payment received for all in-stock items. Pre-ordered items will ship when they become available (typically within a week from purchase). If you are in a rush, let us help you! We can expedite shipments on customer requests!
We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Claims for lost packages are the responsibility of the customer.
*We do not offer international shipments at this time.
Returns are offered if you notify us at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery. Return requests after the 48 hour window will not be accepted. All return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, unless it is damaged or we had a major mom-brain moment and made a mistake. In that case, we will send over a prepaid shipping label and take care of the shipping costs for you! All refunds will be store credit only.
